Introducing the Yin Yang Gas Fire pit made of recycled materials and designed by firegear artist Eric Maier. firegear is “Turning Trash into Pleasure”. The Yin Yang Gas Fire pit is the first of several designs forthcoming by firegear featuring ecologically friendly materials, artistry design and fire. Mother Nature herself would want a Yin Yang Fire Pit in her backyard. The Yin Yang is made of recycled materials, constructed of Pozzolan cement made of waste material with use of fly ash (which currently 75% goes to landfills). Our process eliminates the need for Portland cement. The top section features post consumer recycled glass aggregate ¼” to 3/8” in size. The lower section features post consumer glass (sand size) aggregate.

Eco Friendly - Important Facts

This product is Ecologically friendly. For every Yin Yang fire pit we create using our mix, we save approximately 350 pounds of CO² from being produced in comparison to similar size competitors products made of Cement. For every 10 units built, that’s a decrease of 3500 pounds of CO². Our Portland replacement contains 90 – 95% recycled material. Our mix combined with our 100% post consumer recycled glass (which we use for both our course and fine aggregate) allows us to reach our 95 – 98% recycled mix.

Yin Yang Fire – features a 18” Fire Star, constructed of 304 Stainless Steel.
